Malavika Nair Biography

Malavika Nair is a south Indian actress who works in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu movies. Malayalam movie - Black Butterfly (2013) was her major job, trailed by Cuckoo (2014) and Yevade Subramanyam (2015). She played small jobs in - Ustad Lodging, Karmayodha and Puthiya Theerangal all released in 2012. She played a prominent job in 2014 release Pakida.

She was conceived in 1996 to Malayali parents in New Delhi. Very soon her parents moved to Kochi, where she started her schooling. By and by her family moved to Delhi where she finished her schooling at DAV school. She started a career in modeling comfortable more youthful age and also appeared in Mohan Sithara's music video, "Rithukkal". She got her film jobs at the age of 13, and she played Ummama's adolescence in Ustad Lodging.

Rajaputra Ranjith's teenage story – Black Butterfly was her first undeniable job where she played one among the four teenagers. The movie was a remake of Tamil movie, Vazhakku Enn 18/9 and dazzled by her acting abilities, its director Balaji Sakthivel, proposed her name to director Raju Murugan. That's the means by which she got her first Tamil Film – Cuckoo. She was paired opposite Dhanush and playing a blind young lady, she won audience' hearts as well as critics'. She attended a 7-day workshop where she got chance to interact with blind children. This job helped her to bag Vijay Award for Best Debut Actress 2014, apart from many new awards as a newcomer.

In 2015, she made her debut to Telugu film industry. She was paired opposite Nani in Yevade Subramanyam and received rave reviews from critics. Vidya Balan and Aamir Khan are her favorite actors in Bollywood. However she is not comfortable in working in Bollywood with glamorous jobs. She wants to pair with Fahadh Faasil in Malayalam.
